1. The Service

NumSmith (the "Service") provides free calculators for pay, tax, finance, dates and everyday life. Anyone may use it without an account.

2. Nature of results

Results are estimates based on published rates and standard formulas. Rates, tax rules and holiday calendars change; personal deductions, institution rules and rounding cause differences from actual figures. The Service does not warrant accuracy or completeness and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for decisions made on the basis of results. Confirm final figures with your lender, employer or tax authority. Nothing here is financial, tax or legal advice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Automated bulk use and reverse engineering are prohibited.
• You decide whether to share result links that contain your inputs.

4. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising to remain free. We are not responsible for advertisers' content or conduct.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text and source code belong to its operator.

6. Changes and discontinuation

Features may be added, changed or removed without notice.

7. Governing law
