1. How your inputs are handled

Every calculation on NumSmith (the "Service") runs inside your web browser. Values you enter — salary, loan amounts, dates of birth — are never transmitted to our servers, and the Service does not collect or store them. Note that a link created with "Copy result link" contains your inputs; share it with care.

2. Information we process

The Service requires no account and does not directly collect personally identifiable information. The following may be processed automatically:

• Access logs: our hosting provider may retain IP address, time of access and browser type for security purposes for a customary period.
• Advertising and analytics cookies: third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and visitor statistics may set cookies. In the EU/EEA and UK these are only set after you give consent.

3. Browser storage

Your language choice and recently used calculators may be kept in your browser's local storage. This data exists only on your device.

4. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

The Service may display Google AdSense advertising to cover operating costs. Google and other vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://www.google.com/settings/ads.

5. Your rights
